They lied about delivery on a dryer for 5 months when we purchased a washer and dryer together. Our washer arrived immediately and the dryer is still not in stock. Had to purchase a different model in different color because NFM kept promising it would arrive, but it never did. Customer service did nothing to help and gave no incentive to continue business with them.
I purchased a couch, mattress protector and ned from NFM in the same transaction. Th first issue was I was overcharged almost $80 on the mattress protector. I called my salesman the next day and he was prompt about getting me refunded. 4 days later comes my delivery date. The wrong slats were sent for the bed that I purchased so it could not be assembled/used. I was told it would take another 4 days for them to bring them out so I could use my bed or I could come pick them up and assemble myself. I feel like I paid to have this delivered and assembled and it is not my fault that they did not send the proper items.

I wish I had better delivery options (sooner delivery) but I understand I'm kinda far away from the store so it's fine. Other than that love NFM!
The price changed while I was trying to figure out my account number.
Purchased furniture for my house and everything I purchased was at least 50% off. I shopped in stock items so I can pick them up within the week I order them!
I was having trouble finding information about the revolving terms. I would have liked more explanation on that.
We love NFM! Their sales team and large selections make shopping enjoyable!
Plenty of options but do not find the prices to be more competitive than most places. Also shipping says free but at checkout there was still a fee, went through the check out process a few times to confirm it saying free on one screen but charging on the last screen.
The young men that delivered my sofa were polite and so helpful. Kudos to them.
